Programme Plan (Logframe) - the basis of the Programme Plan is the Programme Logical Framework (or 'logframe)'. This provides the format by which the programme sets its targets. A similar format is used for projects and links are made between the project and programme logframes. You can look at the programme logframe here.

Concept Note - is the proposal submitted to the programme (AFGRP) for potential funding.

The programme - refers to the Aquaculture and Fish Genetics Research Programme, which is the part of DFID's Renewable Natural Resources (RNR) Research Strategy that funds research into these areas.

Peer reviewed - these are outputs from projects that have appeared in journals. These articles are reviewed by other scientists before publication to ensure quality of research.

PI - PI or Principle Investigator is the title given to the person who applies for funding under AFGRP and is responsible for achieving the project's outputs.

OVI - Objectively Verifiable Indicators

MOV - Means of Verification

Risks and assumptions - things to be considered for the work to be completed successfully.
